I just couldn't get into this book. Maybe I didn't give it enough time, but the story-line seemed dated and the characters didn't draw me in to their lives.

Wow - I am shocked by the low ratings. I loved this book - one of my favorite novels of recent times. I was sad when it ended.

Much better than I expected this to be - was thinking it would be something light such as a weiner book. Found it to be both an entertaining and thoughtful read with social commentary on the dilemma most mothers face - work vs. family balance.
